- replaced the Grilled Cold Water Salmon with the Yuzu Marinated Salmon
- removed the Grilled New York and Lubina Rayada de Baja a al Parrilla
- added the Cedar Roasted Duck Breast
- replaced the season desserts
- replaced the Winter Vegetable Soup, Winter Endive & Apple Salad and Artichoke-Parmesan Fritters starters with the Tuscan Seasonal Salad, Yukon Potato Croquettes and Roasted Chicken-Parmesan Soup starters
- replaced the entire entree menu
- replaced the Tangerine-Orange Posset and Warm Dark Chocolate Truffle Cake desserts with the Molten Chocolate Caramel Cake and Citrus Angel Food Cake desserts.
- Increased the price of the Cheese Stuffed "Arepa" $2, from $18 to $20.
